The content of this website, including service descriptions, location and airport guidance and journal articles, is published for general information. It does not take account of your particular circumstances and is not advice on which you should rely without checking.
Nothing published here forms part of a contract. The contract for a journey consists of the written quotation and confirmation issued by our client service desk, together with our Terms and Conditions of Booking.
Where guidance touches on tax, immigration, security, insurance or any other specialist field, it is background only. Take professional advice on those matters from someone qualified to give it.
2. Journey times and route information
Journey times shown or described anywhere on this site are typical estimates based on normal conditions. They are not guarantees and cannot account for congestion, road closures, weather, incidents or the time taken to reach a vehicle at a large airport or venue.
We plan every journey with a realistic allowance for the specific route, the time of day and the pickup point. Where a fixed deadline matters, tell the desk when booking so that the departure time is set against that deadline rather than against an average.
Terminal layouts, meeting points, drop-off arrangements and car park charges change frequently. Airport operators publish the current position, and their information should be preferred over ours where the two differ.
3. Pricing information
Any indicative price, price range or example fare on this site is illustrative. Actual pricing depends on the route, the timing, the vehicle class, waiting requirements and third-party charges such as tolls, congestion and clean air zone charges and airport fees.
A price becomes binding only when our client service desk issues a written quotation for your specific journey and confirms it. A figure discussed informally, or one seen on this site, does not bind either party.
4. Vehicles and imagery
Photographs on this site are illustrative of the class and standard of vehicle and of the settings in which we work. They are not photographs of the specific vehicle that will be sent, and some are library images.
Vehicle class is confirmed at booking; the specific make, model, year and colour remain subject to availability on the day. We may substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher standard where operational circumstances require it.
Capacity figures for passengers and luggage are practical guidance rather than absolute maximums. Tell us the number of passengers and the size of the cases when you book so that the right class is allocated.
5. Third-party content and links
Links to airports, venues, transport operators and other third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control that content, we do not endorse it, and we accept no responsibility for its accuracy or for how those organisations handle your data.
Names, trade marks and logos of vehicle manufacturers, airports and venues are the property of their owners. Their use on this site is descriptive and does not imply any partnership, endorsement or affiliation.
6. Availability of the website
We do not warrant that this site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that the server hosting it is free of harmful components. You are responsible for the security of the device and connection you use to reach it.
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. Where a page changes materially, the date at the head of the page shows when the current version was issued.

Nothing on this page excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Consumers keep all rights available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
